This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space. It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine. You can rent bikes for a good proce if you want to explore further. Be warned, there are very few restaurants in this area so during peak season getting dinner could be a challenge.

Not all inclusive Turkish style but a nice getaway

In our opinion the hotel suits best 2-6 year old kids. 1. Great service - all employees were very friendly and helpful. 2. Food - there is only one restaurant however food was good (breakfast is the same, lunch is modest, delicious afternoon cake, dinner is most varient). Not vegan friendly. Fair amount of options for vegetarians. Special kids buffet. 3. Stuff to do for kids - the restaurant has a playground, but suitable for 3-6 year old who are able to climb. Bobby cars everywhere outside, small farm animal area, 3 outdoor playgrounds, 2 indoor (one with child care from 25 months and no parents present, the other without child care), one hall with afternoon movie. One indoor pool for kids, family sauna. There's an activity schedule but not fit for toddlers under 4 years old. 4. Room - some rooms are in old buildings where there's a low sink just for kids and hotel provides a potty, but no bath only shower. We got a baby bath for our toddler which was an ok solution - but not ideal. Baby bed was a travel bed - not sure why would a kids hotel not provide a "real" bed with a proper mattress? we had to put a blanket underneath otherwise our toddler was uncomfortable. Also, there is a mosquito net but only on one window which doesn't make sense. No blackout curtains and the blinds are only helping to decrease the light by 70%. Overall - it's not the "all inclusive" experience you can get in turkey, but it's a nice getaway if you wish to stay near the baltic sea.

Wir haben in einem Neubau gewohnt. Die Zimmer waren toll. Das Personal in der Kinderbetreuung, Rezeption und im Restaurant waren super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Da fühlt man sich wohl! Kleines Manko: die jungen Männer, die die Reinigungsarbeiten übernommen hatten, haben nicht immer ganz sauber gearbeitet. Auf freundliche Nachfrage wurden aber auch hier sofort und sehr nett Lösungen gefunden! Wir kommen gern wieder! Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche auf Usedom.

Das Essenangebot war super. Es war für jung und alt immer was dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Besonders hat uns das Spielangebot und das Schwimmbad gefallen. Ein Kritikpunkt ist der Preis für den Parkplatz. 13 € pro Tag für ein Schotterplatz findet ich persönlich etwas viel. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Wir haben selten so einen schönen Urlaub gehabt. Hier stimmte einfach alles: Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung, alles extrem sauber und gepflegt, sowie tolle Angebote für die Kinder. Ich wüsste nicht, was ich kritisieren sollte und das mag in Deutschland schon etwas heißen :-)

Wir waren 6 Tage in der Unterkunft mit unseren beiden Kindern. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Schwimmbad, das Frühstück, die kindergerechte Einrichtung und die vielen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder im Hotel. Was uns allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat, sind die fehlenden Küchenutensilien in der Küchenzeile (Maisonette-Suite). Wasserkocher und zwei Herdplatten aber kein Topf, kein Besteck, kein Geschirr etc. Warum? Damit ist eine Essenszubereitung für die Kinder nicht möglich gewesen. Eine Nachbuchung Abendessen hätte 110 Euro - 2. Personen/1 Abendessen gekostet. Kinder waren immerhin kostenlos. Beim Check in erhielten wir keinerlei Informationen über die Möglichkeiten der Unterkunft. Sehr schade, denn so mussten wir uns selbst nach und nach die Informationen selbst beschaffen. Teilweise weite Wege zum Parkplatz, Schwimmbad oder Restaurant. Aber das hängt von der Art und Lage des Zimmers ab. Sauberkeit war ok. Zimmersevice kam jeden Tag um die Betten zu machen und Handtücher zu falten. Besser wäre alle 2 Tage gewesen und dann eher den Boden saugen, da durch die Strandbesuche überall Sand war. Alles in allem ein solides Kinderhotel, gibt jedoch bessere. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen, da uns ganz einfach Trassenheide nicht so gut gefallen hat (Strand war super - die Stadt sehr Tod)

Alles da was das Kinderherz begehrt. Auch der Hund war gut versorgt und die Nähe zur Ostsee ist ein großer Vorteil. Kinderclub und Schwimmbad mit Rutsche haben den Kindern viel Spaß bereitet. Das Essen war super und es war überall sauber und ordentlich. Dank Nebensaison hatten wir das Schwimmbad teilweise komplett für uns alleine.

Unser Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Service Reinigung Personal war super. Essen top. Unterkunft ist sauber, Hygiene Einrichtung gut gepflegt und praktisch. Verbesserungsvorschlag... ein kleiner Outdoor oder Indoor fitnessbereich für die Erwachsenen und draußen fehlt ein BasketballKorb. Fazit... Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Ein paar Dinge sehr toll gemacht, aber der letzte Schliff fehlt. Es könnten bspw. mehr Spielplätze auf dem Gelände sein und eine bessere Einführung/Rundführung geben. Auch der lokale Kindertag hätte uns erzählt werden können.

Für die Kinder war alles wunderbar. Der Kids Club war toll! Leider war mit Verpflegung und Service um 19:30 Schluss was für ein all inclusive Paket eindeutig zu früh ist. Wenn die Kids 20:30 aus dem Schwimmbad kamen, gab es keine Möglichkeit etwas zu essen bzw. Snacks zu bekommen. Auch Getränke waren nicht mehr verfügbar, lediglich Bier oder Wasser. Auch die Sauberkeit am Buffet könnte besser sein. Klar, viel Aufwand bei vielen Kindern, war so aber oft eher unappetitlich. Personal war super freundlich

Das Essen ist nachwievor sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer könnte ein wenig moderner sein. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer muss überprüft werden. Es wird nur schnell einmal gereinigt. Im Badezimmer gab es sehr viel Staub. Auch habe ich erst am letzten Tag gesehen, dass wir eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer habe, welche aber seit einiger Zeit nur im Schrank versteckt steht.

Schöne Anlage, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beachten

Für Kinder eine wunderbare Anlage mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Das All Inklusive- Angebot entsprach dem normalen Standard eines Reiseveranstalters, es war alles da, die Qualität der warmen Speisen durchschnittlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Noch ist alles neu, in ein paar Jahren wird das schon anders aussehen.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit überaus freundlichem Personal, einem großen Freizeitangebot und auch die Essensauswahl ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns herzlich.

Schöne Ferientage

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern schon öfter in dieser Anlage. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden ist super. Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr gut. Ich würde mir einen Platz für Ballsportarten wünschen. Eine Halle für Indoor Aktivitäten und Angebote für ältere Kinder.
