This exclusive holiday home, furnished with genuine wood furniture and attention to detail, creates a cozy and noble ambience. In summer, the spacious terrace becomes a living room and in the cooler season the fireplace blazes. It is located in a quiet, idyllic and small holiday complex with short distances to several seaside resorts and beach sections Usedom. Exactly the right thing, after beautiful bathing days, relaxing beach walks or interesting expeditions in the romantic island country and in the untouched nature of the Achterwassers.   So, during the day off into the lively life of the sunny island and in the evening the cozy end to the sunny terrace.

Urgemütliches living room with wooden furniture, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunny terrace, garden, parking space, near the beach. Living room in cozy country house style with real wood furniture, fireplace, satellite TV, stereo with DVD player. 2 spacious bathrooms with full comfort and walk-in shower. 2 bedrooms, one double bed each (sleeps 4 people). Fully equipped, modern kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, spices, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave. Spacious corner terrace, all day sun, terrace furniture incl. Parasol, garden use (about 600 m²), sun loungers, cozy coffee corner.   Sheets towels on separate order for a fee.   Internet connection W-LAN, underfloor heating.   Washing machine, ironing board and iron, tumble dryer.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, ideal für Familien

In dem Haus fühlt man sich sehr wohl und hat mehr als genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Man benötigt aber fast immer das Auto oder ein Fahrrad, um irgendwohin (Strand, Einkäufe, Essen gehen...) zu kommen.
