Schöne, saubere Wohnung, genau richtig für eine oder zwei Personen. Die Stufen im Hausflur sind relativ hoch! Keine 5 min zur Reha-Klinik, wenn man jemand besuchen möchte, und zum Strand. Es ist zwar zum Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter, dafür aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Strandwanderung nach Karlshagen oder Zinnowitz. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen!
