The Space:
Nestled close to downtown Traverse City, our condo offers the ideal blend of convenience and comfort. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a fun-filled adventure, this themed condo is sure to delight. This unit has a Smart TV located in the living room, where you would need to use your own personal login to any of the streaming services provided on the TV. There is no cable provided. The spacious bedrooms feature luxurious king-sized beds, while the living room boasts a cozy queen-sized pullout couch, accommodating up to six guests comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the basic cookware and dishes you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. We also provide fresh linens and towels for your stay.

The property was great. Good location, pet friendly, place was spotless, which, is most important to us. Nicely updated, very quiet. What I would recommend to owner is to get a sectional sofa for comfort. Also, building management, not property owner, needs to step up a bit and keep the inside of the building cleaner; especially the windows.

Annual Family Christmas after Christmas

The accommodations were good for 4 adults. The place was clean and well stocked. Parking spaces were very tight for our Silverado 2500.

Very nice, clean. Fun surprise, hot tubs on the roof with table and chairs to relax and enjoy. The walk to downtown was much farther than website listed, but still a great location.

Friends retreat

This was my first time booking and will definitely do it again. Riley (host) was always quick to answer any questions I had. The newer condo unit was perfect for our get away!! Very clean and even had hot tubs for us to use in the roof top.

Decent location, functional

Host is very responsive. Location is reasonable. Clean upon entry. Functional for our getaway of 3 nights. Only negative is one parking space to use. However, neighboring hotel let us use their parking for our additional car. I will say, that I’m still pondering the overall value…

Comfortable and clean

This condo is super clean and comfortable. Having king sized beds and a good sized kitchen is really nice. Hot tubs were warm and clean. Communication was excellent.

Enjoyed the stay!

We spent 3 nights in winter. My husband and I met another couple there.The locations was great and clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the hot tubs were clean. Only inconvenience was the parking. In the winter we were able to find a parking sace at the nearby hotel and they let us park there. Otherwise parking for second car was provided, but it was 1 mile away. That was a little tricky because we went with another couple.

Great girls weekend

This condo was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do on our girl's weekend. Comfy enough to chill out for some downtime, plenty of room, beds were amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked for when we did eat in. The property manager was very responsive and quick with answers. Check out was a breeze, and we didn’t have a long to do list before leaving--just pack your bags and go. My only negatives would be that the pull out couch was not super comfy (though I've never found one that is) and the pillows were a bit too fluffy for me (again, just a me preference). We'd definitely stay here again. Maybe next time we'll make it to the hot tubs.

Just about perfect!

Location is great! Assigned parking spots ensuring we always had a spot. Vibe is minimalist and modern. Loved all the amenities especially the rooftop hot tubs!! Host was great on communication. Mattresses and furniture were awesome and felt high quality. One of the cleanest places I’ve experienced so far. My only real complaint was that the WiFi was poor. Even after restarting the modem/router. I would have concerns if I was going to work remotely from there, but I’d definitely book here again.

We had an amazing weekend at the Eastside One Condo in Traverse City! This 5-star gem is perfectly located near the lake, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The check-in process was seamless, and the owner's attentiveness—checking in multiple times to ensure everything was perfect—made us feel truly cared for.
