Adorable Modern 1-Bedroom Condo in Downtown Traverse City W/Parking

This is an adorable 1-bedroom condo in the brand new Capri development in downtown Traverse City, Michigan. This condo features a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room, for additional sleeping. The full kitchen includes microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, dishwasher, and Keurig single cup coffee maker. A cute little hightop breakfast table gives you the perfect place to have a relaxed coffee in the morning before you hit the downtown. The condo also includes the convenience of an in-unit full size washer and dryer, so you can feel comfortable doing a load of laundry during your stay. Strong wireless and cable TV also come with the condo. The condo is walking distance to all downtown stores, restaurants, and bars. Two night minimum stay is required. No pets permitted.

We also can offer guaranteed parking. There is a small 18 space + 1 handicap spot lot behind the Capri condo buildings, which is super convenient. However, there are 48 condo units between the 3 Capri buildings that lot supports. In addition, we have a private parking spot to make sure your parking is assured. So during the premium tourism months in Traverse City, when there is nowhere to park, we’ve got you covered!

We take pride in being great hosts, and are happy to provide an amazing welcome packet to prepare you for your stay, which includes our recommendations of great places for food & drinks.

We’ve recently added two air de-ionizers to the condo, to help with providing a safe environment for our guests. That, along with our already high cleaning and sanitizing standards, shows our commitment to our guest safety and we’ll-being. This condo also has limited stairs, which is important, since the condo building approved for short term rentals in Traverse City mostly do not have elevators. Perfect location!

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for us and our toddler. Easy entry and the parking pass came in handy. The location was great and within walking distance to everything. We got to the condo 10 mins early and having to sit and wait for our access code to be activated at exactly 4pm was the only downfall, but that’s on us for timing. Great stay just don’t arrive early :)

Quiet and close to everything

We (husband and wife) loved this quiet and convenient apartment in downtown Traverse City for a fall getaway weekend. Having a parking spot in a garage was a huge bonus, and we could walk to everything. Would definitely return in any season!

Great location!

The location was amazing and having the parking spot was really nice. It made going out for the day hassle free knowing you had a spot to come back too. The place was quiet and well maintained. Amenities were good and communication with Sean was on point. I did note that there wasn't replacement tissue nor could I find the welcome package with additional restaurants and sights that Sean mentioned in welcome email. But these were extremely minor points. Oh, and I loved the map on the kitchen table. I found myself referencing it often during my stay.

Nice Property at Great Location

Clean and new with comfortable king sized bed. Walkable to all the downtown restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Responsive and very helpful host. Having parking card available for the garage next door was a big plus.

Michigan adventures

This property was extremely clean and comfortable for a home base while exploring the area. Lots of shops and restaurants were within walking distance. It was a reasonable drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes and to Leland for a visit with friends. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

Perfect get away

We booked this last minute and it was perfect. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Parking was pretty easy. The lot behind the building was small but the parking structure is right next door. The condo was perfect for me and my husband and it had everything you needed. Would highly recommend.

Mid week fall get away.

My bestie and I try to meet up for an annual fall get away. This year it had to be mid week and in Michigan. Traverse City turned out to be the perfect location. The condo at Capri was close to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown. The Mission peninsula wineries were a short drive. The hosts recommended great restaurants. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Great place

The welcome information was emailed to us, it provided photos so we would know each step of the arrival procedures. Unit was clean, neat, and spacious. Area was quiet at night. Parking at the unit was free, with the parking pass. Close to downtown so we could walk and not worry driving and finding a parking lot. This was by far one of the best places we have stayed while in Traverse City.

Immaculate, convenient location

The condo was immaculate, comfortable and we had everything and more we could have needed. The location was ideal for travelling to all area scenic, historic attractions and for walking to the lakefront, as well as east or west of town. The only negative was the lack of light and nowhere in the description was I aware the unit was 'garden level".

This was a cute little one bedroom on the garden level of the condo. There was a parking pass to use at the structure right next door which was no issue at all and an easy in and out. The location was ideal to be close to downtown but far enough away from noise and traffic. The ONLY things to note about this was there was no tea kettle, which isn't a thing to most ppl but i did miss it in the morning, and the unit we rented had a frequent water sound which we assumed was the use of the toilets or showers upstairs running thru the pipes. But you could hear it as if it was draining right into our shower. Not a deal breaker as this doesn't seem to be an issue while trying to sleep, but was something to note. Overall a great little place that we would rent again!
