- Newer well maintained home with central air, oak floors, tiled baths, gas fireplace in living room and family room, deck off of dining area with patio furniture and grill for your outdoor entertaining. Master bedroom with king size bed, private full bath and private deck, second bedroom has queen bed located on first floor and full bath. Two bedrooms on lower level with queen beds, one trundle bed, full bath, laundry room and family room with sofa sleeper. A walk out to the back yard with fire pit.
Located within walking distance to grocery, popular restaurants, marina, theater, sandy beaches, park, tennis, basketball, shopping, local art galleries, breweries and within 10 min. from Traverse City to local wineries & casino.
Elk Rapids provides you access to the Chain of Lakes including Torch Lake, which is noted for its exceptional beauty; its waters are unusually clear and exhibit a bright turquoise hue, often resembling Caribbean waters and is a popular spot for all who want to experience the beauty and have fun.
