Entering the building and up one flight of stairs, you'll find easy access to the unit. Inside, the condo welcomes you with natural light, a cozy gas fireplace, large leather couches, and one of two private balconies overlooking F&M Park.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. A dishwasher, laundry and bath soaps, paper products, and coffee are provided to get you started. (Please bring your own beach towels.)
The living room features a Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows. Upstairs, both queen bedrooms include private en suites with tub/shower combos, large closets, streaming TVs, and one bedroom offering the second private balcony overlooking F&M Park.

Conference weekend

Two adults stayed for conference at NMC Hagerty Center. Was super convenient to walk to conference across the street. Home was immaculate and extremely comfortable. No issues with check in, noise or parking. Traverse City was very nice and great downtown about a mile away. Used Lyft to get around town.

A cozy place close to downtown

Had a wonderful time staying here with my friends. Everyone had enough space to relax. We walked downtown everyday to do some shopping, eat at local restaurants and enjoy some breweries. At night we stayed cozy by the fireplace chatting. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. A perfect place to rest and recharge before heading out to explore some more.

Property was clean and great location! Beds were uncomfortable and shower units in both bathrooms were extremely noisy like sand was not put under bases and could here every footstep through entire condo. Bathroom fan was not able to be of use sounded terrible. Garbage disposal also did not work. Overall it was a nice stay, condo was very clean and a great location.

Great location

We have stayed in different condos within this complex many times. Always dealing directly with the owners. Communication was easier and quicker. First time dealing with a management company and it wasn't as seamless. Rachel and Jordan were extremely nice and pleasant but since Bayshore manages many properties, the time frame to get back to us was much longer. Also, the arrival time was later and departure time was earlier it was a situation we were not used to. Also, just an fyi, the deadbolts to both balcony doors are hard to lock.
