This historic 2 bedroom condo elevated with modern features is perfect for your visit to Traverse City! Located in the Grand Traverse Commons, boasting with boutique shops, eateries, outdoor space and more! Only one mile from downtown TC and the beautiful bay making it very walkable or catch the free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Brick haven is the perfect spot to be!

Our condo is on the third floor with elevator access. Free parking right out front and also a free shuttle to downtown! Enjoy this amazing renewed treasure that's comfortable, spacious and beautiful!
