Summary:
This is a gem! Location, location oh my!! When visiting Traverse City, staying downtown is where it's at! We are just a quick turn around the corner to the heartbeat of TC...shopping, dining, theaters, nightlife and West Bay. Capri TC is expertly appointed. This is the perfectly calm oasis to relax and recharge after jumping in to all Traverse City has to offer.

The Space:
Capri 313 is a condo located right downtown Traverse City. There are four (small) flights of stairs to get up to the condo.

Washer and dryer plus a dishwasher

The Neighborhood:
Located in Downtown Traverse City just two blocks from Front street in Old Town Neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Easy to get around! You can walk to most of downtown, a BATA bus stop is on the corner, Uber, Lyft, and several Cab companies are available.

We love to be as involved with your stay as you'd like. Being longtime TC residents that live downtown, we love to share our favorite things about TC.

Wonderful Rental!

The clean, modern condo was exactly what we needed and wanted for our getaway in Traverse City! It walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries and close driving distance to wineries and the water. My husband and I will definitely be booking this place the next time we visit Traverse City!

Quick getaway

Perfect spot just a few blocks from Front Street and all the restaurants, bars and shopping. Condo was very nice and host did a great job communicating with us. Highly recommend.

Capri is the best!!

This was my 5th stay in the Capri condos and 2nd stay in this specific condo. We LOVE the location, cleanliness, property owners, decor, everything! It is well stocked with everything you'd need. We stayed during the week so we were always able to find parking in the provided lot. We will always stay at Capri!

Great Property

Apartment in great location, can get to downtown easily. We stayed on the third floor. Just a caution there is no elevator. Parking is tight but there are option. Definitely would stay there again.

Great place in Traverse City

We have stayed at the Capri units before, and this one is very good. The location is conveniently located in walking distance from downtown. We had the best of both worlds, Traverse City and out Fall colors tour to the peninsulas and wineries. The place is very clean and well appointed, making for a pleasurable stay. Thank you!

Good place

Stayed there for a short weekend. Great location. Everything is within 10-15 min walking distance. There are only about 15 parking spaces for the whole complex. However, there is a parking garage less then a half block walk.

The condo is very very nice. The living room furniture is comfortable, well above average. Slept great in the King bed. Love the shower, bathroom great. Kitchen is wonderful. It had everything we need. The location is terrific, only a few blocks from Front street.

Beautiful unit, plenty of space. Loved the balcony! In walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Parking was difficult due to lack of spaces. There’s a parking garage next door but it’s expensive.

Very clean (bathroom was clean, bed sheets seemed fresh, organized living room) Easy check in process (email with instructions and codes, and check out expectations) Good amenities Felt we did some of the cleaning that we shouldn’t need to as a paying renter (wash the bedding, take out the trash, wash the towels, etc) Otherwise, no complaints. Great smell of clean and ready home on arrival! Great walkable location for downtown TC, comfortable and quiet plus easy parking in lot. Didn't know about cool renovated theater spot across the street, wish I could have gotten tix :-( but lots to see/do/eat/walk/bike in TC. Great stay!
