Downtown Escape 1BR Condo

Dowtown Escape
Capri condo building is truly the place to be in Traverse City. Walk to all the downtown shops, theaters, restaurants and Clinch Park beach on West Grand Traverse Bay. Whether this a romantic getaway or a family vacation, our condo is ideally located for visiting all that Traverse City and Northern Michigan have to offer. In between the Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula wine trails and a 40 minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, you could ask for a better home base.

Parking Instructions
Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.

We have stayed at The Capri several times and it never disappoints. Great location, walkable to the bay and downtown restaurants. The condo is comfortable and clean. Will be back again!

Perfect Small Space

The place is perfect for a weekend getaway in TC. Walking distance to Front Street, plenty of bars, breweries and restaurants within a couple minutes walk.

Perfect!

Great location, very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay! We did have to park in the ramp one night as the lot was full but it was very convenient. Would absolutely stay again!

The condo was very nice and clean. Really comfy bed! Parking situation not ideal and a somewhat sketchy house having a yard sale created extra traffic which didn’t help!!

Sister weekend getaway

We had a very nice stay. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The information from the host was very accurate. We did have to use the parking structure because there wasn’t any available parking right behind the building, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s very close by.

A few days in Traverse

My fiancé and I stayed in the unit for a few days during a little northern Michigan getaway. Great location and easily walkable to Front Street area and the water. We also explored some restaurants near the unit that were great! Quiet area but close to all the commotion. We didn’t have any difficulty with parking but during the busier season the lot probably fills up early. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic T C Landing Spot

Perfect spot for our stay in T C area! Accurately represented on website. It is a garden unit so not many stairs to negotiate. Nice to have washer & dryer. Host Michael very responsive & helpful when we made error in booking. Parking spots were always available in free lot by unit.
