Spectacular location in downtown Traverse City. 1.5 blocks from Munson Hospital, 3 blocks to historic state hospital grounds, walking distance to the beach, downtown, and festivals. Off street parking. Private, fenced back yard in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal, Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, and a teapot.

Each bathroom has all necessary essentials: shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow drier, towels, and a scale.

Each bedroom has closet space, dressers, ROKU TV, and AC for each room that can be adjusted to your liking. There is a bathroom attached to each BR.
