Step inside and you will immediately feel at home. Living Room features wood fireplace & doorwall to deck - stunning view!! Fully stocked Kitchen. Table height bar with three bar stools. 2 bedrooms: one offers queen memory foam bed & the other offers full memory foam bed. Full size pull out couch. Full bath with walk-in shower. Steps from the private outdoor pool for Snowshoe guests only. Clean and cozy.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable on edge of bluff! Overlook from high on the mountain to the beautiful waters of Lake Bellaire. The sunsets will amaze you!

When you rent this great condo from us:

1) You have access, as our guest, to The (private) Beach Club. The Beach Club is just a short drive away (1.5 mile) & offers: friendly guests, sandy beach, lounge chairs, pavilion, gas grills, clean restrooms, kitchen, awesome play area for kids, boat dock and FREE public Boat/PWC launch right next to Beach Club.

2) Like the pool better or need just a quick dip? Huge gated pool with plenty of lounge chairs just a few steps away from the condo - private to Snowshoe guests only. Pool access also available at Pine Brook.

3) Separate parking for boats or snowmobiles in private lot adjacent to unit.

4) Only minutes from great skiing and snowboarding (full terrain park) at Schuss Mountain & Summit. Plus free and safe resort shuttles run all day and night between all the properties - including downtown Bellaire.

The historic town of Bellaire offers several eateries, Short's Microbrew (great brew & bands), unique little shops, a cozy first-rate movie theater, and concerts in the street. Of course, all the necessities of groceries & banks are nearby!

Great getaway

We had a great stay. The sunset views were spectacular, and the kids loved the pools and the beach club. The condo was cozy, but had plenty of room for our family of 4. Would stay again!

Anniversary Getaway

We've stayed at this condo several times and we are never disappointed. It's always clean, cozy and very relaxing. We did notice a few subtle upgrades and changes this time, that enhanced the stay. Looking forward to our next visit!

Snowboarding weekend

We stayed for a long weekend (Friday to Monday) and had a lovely time. My family snowboards and they would return to the condo for meals but spent most of Saturday and Sunday on the slopes. The space was clean and comfortable - very nice beds, sheets and pillows

This is our 3rd stay at this rental and we love it. Very clean, great location. My inly suggestion is an additional lamp in the fireplace area. Tjat’s it! Everything else is amazing. Perfect for me, my husband and our 2 kids.

The property was very nice, Olivia very helpful. Not much to do though, thank goodness for the pools. Area very nice. Looks to be a golfers havan.

Condo was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. Check in process was seamless and convenient, and the view from the balcony is amazing. It’s close to Torch Lake which was the primary purpose of our trip. The resort is a little dated but still nice. We were really happy with this quick last minute get away.

Great place and perfect spot

We had a great time at this condo. We’ve been going to Shanty for 10+ years with family and friends, so we know the area well. We visited during peak fall colors and commented that this home was the best spot for fall views. Close to the Lakeview hotel which has restaurants and bars. Including the infamous Mike at Sarducci’s Creekside, IYKYK. Just a short drive or shuttle to downtown Bellaire and great hiking trails. Throughout our stay, and before, Olivia was easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

Charming condo with beautiful view. Spotlessly clean. Online pictures accurate. Fireplace screen could use replacement. A few kitchen items lacking. Otherwise, a wonderful place to enjoy northern Michigan.

It’s a cute little condo. It’s clean and good to sleep, has a few pools available for renters. Just a bit small it’s listed to sleep 8 I had a crew of 6 including my baby and it felt a bit tight so it’s a good place just for a smaller family. Overall nice clean and beautiful view!

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as stated, check in was smooth, condo was clean, we appreciated having a little "extra" of the necessities (TP, paper towel, garbage bags, etc....) so you don't have to run out and get more. Olivia always replied promptly when messaged. Location is absolutely amazing, unbeatable sunsets!!

Clean and Quiet

We were property owners on the resort for 15 years. This condo is set very nice on the resort with easy access to the amenities. Our stay was very quiet and the condo was nice stocked with basic items. Two things to be aware of. 1) The door locking can be a bit temperamental. Close the door and then firmly pull on the knob while pressing the proper button. 2) The water is not hot. It is a bit better than warm. If you want hot water, warm water in the microwave and use that. I did that for washing my face and doing the dishes (There is a dishwasher but I chose not to use it.) The condo was very comfortable and nicely appointed. I would definitely return to this unit.
