You won't be disappointed in this cute cabin designed with red, white, and blue decor. This cabin is nestled in our woods for your privacy. Enjoy the Leelanau County right in your backyard. If you are seeking an escape from the stresses of everyday life, you have chosen the right place.

You will enter the driveway from the main road, which will take you back to the cabin. This cabin will indeed be your home away from home. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, handmade furniture, accents, and a king-size bed. You can open the door onto a relaxing screened-in porch from the living room. Relax in the comfy chairs, admiring the quietness of the woods. Or sit in our swing and sip your favorite beverage, read a book, or relax. You may see some wildlife that will pass by during your stay. Take a bottle of complimentary wine and sip it outside on the patio, sitting on our cute bistro set. You can also relax at night by the fire table on the outside patio deck.

The cabin is convenient for many activities, restaurants, and beaches. The bike path is located approximately 1/2 mile from the cabin location. Traverse City and Suttons Bay are nearby. The nearest local winery is a short 2-minute drive north, deeper into Leelanau Peninsula wine country.

Whether you desire comfortable solitude while remaining in the cabin or prefer exploring the unique sites and activities the area offers, we assure you that you will have a wonderful time.

Winter get-away

Enjoyed our stay at the “Americana” cabin in traverse City. The cabin was secluded, but still close to everything we wanted to do. The property was immaculate and the best stocked place we have ever stayed. It’s really about the details!

A great Cabin in the woods

A great experience. We love staying at these cabins. Very secluded in the woods and private. Very comfortable and is exactly what we need. It's the only place we book when we visit Traverse City.

Winter Wonderland

All of the three properties are stunning along with the woodlands. Beth and Terry have thought of all the creature comforts and then some. The Christmas tree was perfect for the season. This was about our 5th time staying here and I guarantee there will be many more.

Amazing rental

This was our second visit to one of the host’s cabins and we live everything about it. The location is close to the TART trail and a nice bike ride to Traverse City or Sutton’s Bay. The amenities are perfect and the cabin is very well maintained!

Perfect Weekend.

This is our second time staying with these hosts and it won't be the last. The cabin feels secluded, but with easy access to all that the area has to offer. The cabin is perfectly outfitted with all the things you need as well as the extras. We are already planning a return trip next year. Cannot recommend this place more highly!

Charming cabin tucked into the woods

We had a wonderful week staying at this cabin. It was private and quiet. We saw a mama deer and her fawn feet away from the patio and loved listening to the birds. The cabin was super clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for biking the TART trail and exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed within this beautiful property several times. It is incredibly private. The owners have thought of everything for a quiet stay. They have constructed lovely cabins that provide peaceful surroundings, as well as upscale details within each cabin. The proximity to Traverse City allows for access to restaurants and other activities, but if you want to cook, you have fantastic appliances and accoutrements to do so. The bed is very comfortable. You’ll have wonderful linens. Plus bikes!

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Terry & Beth’s place! Their woods has trails for hiking and is close to activities for enjoyment but far enough away for peace and privacy. Everything about their Americana Cabin exceeded our expectations: clean, well appointed with extras such as bicycles, fire pit, screened in-porch with awesome swing, grill… And they left local goodies as a welcome gift. Great hospitality and hope to return!

My husband and I enjoyed a week-long stay at the Americana Cabin. The property was beautiful, secluded, quiet and close to all of our excursions (Wineries, beaches, downtown TC). The cabin was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked! Terry and Beth left a cute basket of goodies and fresh eggs for us to enjoy. Don't hesitate to book this property. You will love it!

Til Next Time!

This was our 3rd consecutive year staying at Terry and Beth’s property, first time in the Americana (our new favorite!!). After 20+ years coming up north, and numerous stays in many different (lovely) locations, we have found our go-to “home!” Perfect location to all of our faves, impeccable cleanliness, charming decor, thoughtful amenities, and ease of communication…..a perfect 10! Always look forward to returning!
