The room was exactly as pictured and described on Expedia. I was a little unsure about finding a property with no street name, but it was exactly as described and Google maps brought me right there. There was a lot of text/email communication from the owner before arrival. Instructions were clear and easy to follow so the self check-in went fine. There was a spacious common room on our floor with a microwave and refrigerator-freezer, a large tv, games, and a big table for family meals. There was a beautiful water view from our room with chairs on a second floor porch to watch the sun set.

It was clean and appeared recently refurbished with good materials and workmanship. There was not staff present to assist the quests except for occasionally seeing housekeepers. If we really needed something I suppose I could call a phone number that was provided. There was no ice machine on the property, which was probably only due to recent refurbishment and change in ownership. It’s very noisy due to close proximity to Highway 31 and would be the case with most of the motels on that stretch. Each floor had a common area that was very nice.
