The condo is as represented in the photos and was very clean. Fantastic location - close to restaurants and bars as well as the Tart bike trail. We loved all the recommendations provided by the owner who was very responsive to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Our family has an excellent time staying at Ryan’s place. It was clean and as described. The location is fantastic - walkable to downtown shop & restaurants and a couple of great beaches. The condo was comfortable and quiet at night. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Traverse City!

Totally enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable condo. The location was convenient to downtown, great restaurants and wineries. It was in a very quiet neighborhood that had nice cottage houses and sidewalks allowing for morning/evening walks.

The condo was clean and had all the conveniences for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The first floor location is very convenient for strollers annd loading/unloading luggage. Excellent location within walking distance to all the shops on Front St and the beaches. My kids loved the playground park right across the street. Parking is included and easy. Check-in was a breeze as well. Would definitely stay again!

We spent a weekend at this wonderful condo. It is comfy, clean and welcoming. We had all that we needed and more. The location is perfect - so close to all TC has to offer, but far enough off the main streets to be quiet and easily accessible. Having a reserved parking space was a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again!
