  • 3 Bed/3 Bath full house rental with direct sandy waterfront and hot tub on beautiful West Bay! At ~3000 sqft, and with 100 ft of private waterfront this is a home not to miss! Located just off of iconic M22, this home is 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City and 10 minutes from Suttons Bay. Enjoy relaxing sunrises on the expansive deck after a day of wine tasting, swimming, and exploring all that the area has to offer! Sandy waterfront is accessed just past the breakwall, down a few steps to the dock and water access.

    Bring your boat with you, or rent from one of the many boat rental companies in the area! This home features a mooring ball where you can park your watercrafts and a dock for boarding.
