Nice location. Plenty of room

Enjoyed the location and the house has plenty of room for large families. Beautiful view of the bay. Groceries, reataurants, conveince stores all within short drive.

Great location

We loved seeing all the beautiful sunrises over the bay, loved the closeness of restaurants and wineries and all the space to move around. Had a good selection of dishes for cooking. Just missing a cookie sheet. Would love to come back in summer to enjoy the patio area and be able to grill out.Would stay here again!

Nice place to stay

My sisters and I stayed here for our sister reunion. It was a comfortable place to stay; the road traffic is a known issue, but wasn’t a deal breaker. Close to everything, Tom’s Market just a block away for groceries.

Great location, plenty of beds for all of us and everything we could possibly need. View was great! Road noise is there but did not bother us at all. We would love to stay here again next year!

Wonderful spot for a family vacation. It's right across from the bay with beautiful views from the home. A few more hooks for towels and a dishwasher would have been super nice.

Plenty of space in a great location!

The house was clean, well appointed and had plenty of space for our group. It is situated right across the water and close to downtown. Jeff was prompt and detailed in his communications and we checked in and out without any issues. Definitely recommend this house!

Everything was perfect - just as expected, property was clean and well-equipped for our group, loved the location. We were in town for a wedding but were thrilled to enjoy the local festivities including an amazing display of July 4th fireworks right from the porch! Thank you to Jeff for a great experience!

We loved our stay! The location is close to everything! It is right off of the main road in TC. The noise of passing traffic bothered some in the reviews we looked at prior to our stay. There is a lot but didn’t bother us. The pics of the house are accurate. The host was very responsive to our needs and questions!

Perfect for a family

Cute little house with great access to downtown plus a small beach and playground right across the street, which was perfect for kids. The house is right on the main road ( with a beautiful view of the water) but if traffic is heavy then it would get very noisy. Otherwise the house was wonderful.

Property was just as advertised. Layout of house accommodated our group very well. Great location for us .. Lake right across the road. Various amenities near by. Most everything we needed to prepare simple meals at the house. Suggestion: oil the backdoor..squeaks loudly when opened. Note: we did not notify anyone of this during our stay.

Minutes from downtown Traverse City

While there were only six of us, the property easily accommodates several more. Very clean and organized. There is a major road in between the property and the waterfront, but not significant enough to take away from the phenomenal view! Jeff was super responsive to all my questions. Great communication! Would definitely use again in the future.

Great girls getaway location!

We stayed here Fri-Sun for a 40th birthday. We had 6 people in our party. The house matched the VRBO description perfectly. The outside patio was so nice to sit at in both the morning and evening and look out at the water. Being right on the main road was no issues at all for us. There was plenty of space to park which was great and we walked across the road to the marina and beach. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It's a great location if you're wanting to do both wine tasting and downtown stuff. 20 minutes from Sutton's bay and about 8 minutes to downtown TC I would say.

What a view!

PROS; The view! Location-close to everything! Comfortable beds and lots of seating Great patio facing the bay Communication with owner was great CONS; The windows inside had several spiders and could have used cleaning inside and out as that detracted from the beautiful view There was a bag of dog poop sitting on the front steps which my husband disposed of but we felt it should have been taken care of before we arrived OVERALL; A nice, clean, convenient place to stay while in Traverse City!
