Large 5 bedroom family home. 10 Minutes from Downtown Traverse City!!

Looking for a spacious home for your family getaway? Look no further than the 5 O’clock ranch!! Located near the Boardman river, settled on 50 acres of wooded land perfect for the active family or group that enjoys hiking or walking trails.

This newly built craftsman style modern ranch home is only 8 miles from downtown Traverse City. Less than a quarter mile down the road there is Boardman river access perfect for launching kayaks or tubes. Plenty of activities all around this perfect location ....

When you aren't enjoying all of the benefits TC has to offer, Our home has 2 full size kitchens, sleeps up to 15 comfortably along with 3 full size bathrooms. It has an open walk out basement perfect for entertaining with a full size bar, pool table and foosball table. Everyone's favorite part of the house is the huge front porch that is perfect for watching the sunset, or you can take a little hike up the hill to view the sunset from on top of the Boardman valley. After watching the sunset be sure to get comfy, build a fire and of course roast marshmallows while viewing everything there is to love about northern MI nights!!!

Very spacious, clean house

The house has great “hang out” spaces for a group. We loved the location. A quick drive to downtown TC, so it was easy to take that in and then retreat to a quiet place out of the madness of town. Very clean!!
