My family and I enjoyed our stay at Derek’s place. The house comfortably fit our group (adults and kids) and allowed us plenty of space to spread out. The location was great - easy to access downtown, grocery stores and the natural beauty of TC. Derek was a great communicator and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit.

Fantastic property, convenient to Traverse City attractions, comfortable accomodations, well appointed home, kitchen outfitted for cooking and comfortable beds. Our group really enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of room to spread out. This is really a spacious home. Highly reccomend for your groups Northern Michigan stay!! We hope to return!
