This fun, new 1 bedroom/1 bath cactus themed suite is located in the heart of Slabtown, Traverse City steps away from a favorite local burger joint and beverage store. Slabtown Suites is only minutes away from downtown Traverse City.



The Space:

The modern, open floor plan and funky interior design is the perfect spot to host your family or friends in Traverse City, MI. Cook a wholesome meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax on the plush couch in the attached living room while watching television. Here for work? No problem, this unit has its own designated workspace.



The stylish main bedroom holds a comfortable king size bed with a flat-screen TV and walk in closet! The couch in the living room is a pullout that sleeps 2. There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen and we do provide a couple of single serve coffee bags to start your stay on the right foot.





NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to HuluLive TV. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)



Other perks of this suite include a convenient washer and dryer, full bathtub and shower in the bathroom.

It was very clean, completely furnished with all the basic kitchen stuff you would need. The location was perfect for us and 1/2 mile walk to the downtown Traverse City shopping. We had a great time!

New condo, walking distance to downtown

This 3rd floor condo is new and close to downtown Traverse City. It generally worked OK and the price was good. Communication with the rental agency was very good. Unfortunately, the elevator didn't work at all during my 5 day stay. The furnishings look nice, but are not sturdy and weren't very comfortable. Given there is no dining table, the tiny metal kitchen island stools should be upgraded to something you can actually sit on. The parking lot is very tight - even for my mid-size SUV. A pick-up parked next to me one night and I had to do a multi-point turn to get out from beside it. I parked on the street after that, but in winter that won't be an option. Overall, a good place to stay but not great.
