Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in and a prime location for exploring everything the city has to offer.

Step into a stylish retreat where mid-century modern decor meets a warm, Southwest-inspired atmosphere. The open-plan living area is a bright and relaxing space, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

* **Living Area**: Stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Smart TV or set the mood with your favorite records on the turntable.
* **Kitchen**: The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your inner chef, featuring stainless steel appliances, a complete knife set, all necessary pots and pans, a fully stocked Coffee & Tea Bar (French press, Keurig, kettle), and a Brita water filter.

We are located less than 1.5 miles from downtown Front Street. Our immediate neighborhood is within walking distance of local hipster burger joints, restaurants, and brew pubs. There is an organic grocery two blocks from the condo. Located right on the TART trail, you can ride your bike to town and beyond.

* **TV & Streaming**: We provide two Smart TVs (55-inch in the living room, 35-inch in the bedroom) with HULU and full ROKU TV capabilities. Please note there is no cable TV. You will need to use your own login credentials for personal streaming apps like Netflix.

Nice place. If you're on road side, which this is, traffic noise is an issue. Could also use some investment on furniture. Couch is very uncomfortable and a dining chair has a broken leg which is scratching vinyl floor. Bed could also use a new mattress. Overall, served it's purpose as a sleeping place while we explored. Not a place you want to spend alot of time in.

Great spot with a dog!

My wife and I stayed with our dog and liked being so close to the Traverse Area Recreation Trail. The place was very clean and convenient being on the first floor for quick access outside. Would absolutely stay again in the future!

TC getaway

Great stay at The Pendleton. Had everything we needed. First floor unit was helpful with handling our dogs. Right on the TART, easy access to downtown TC about 30 minute walk away or 5 minute drive. Would stay again.

This was a wonderful place and a great location to everything. The place was the perfect size for us. We were a little sad the needle on the record player was broken, we had LPs from Grand Rapids. Overall recommend to anyone.

Convenient location in Traverse City

Great condo for a single person or couple. Comfortable bed in a clean and nicely decorated space….open plan kitchen, dining, and living room with separate bedroom and bath. Everything you need and within walking distance to yummy bakery for treats in the morning. Less than two miles to downtown….short drive or leisurely walk in nice weather.

Secure, Clean and Funky Mid-Centrury modern experience

This was our first visit to Traverse City and our stay in this newer condo-like building. It was clean, secure and came with lots of kitchen amenities. We also loved the mid-century modern look and the throw-back turntable and albums. We will definitely return to this great space on our next trip to Michigan.

Location and dog friendly!

Our first visit to TC and with our pup! Location was great and the TART trail right outside the parking lot. Cute neighborhood and very walkable. Downtown Front St is less than 2 miles away. This condo is well appointed, very clean and check in was easy. Our host has thought of and provided everything (even Starbuck's coffee for the Keurig). Will definitely return and look forward to staying here again.

As advertised

We came to Traverse City for a quick last-minute getaway for my birthday and were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was as advertised and was immaculate. It was our first VRBO rental and really didn’t know what to expect but this was awesome. The only downside is that the TVs didn’t function properly for the entire stay. Would stay at this location again and recommend to others.

Quiet Delight

The rental was serenely modern and spacious. The host’s welcoming message included suggesting I put on a record and enjoy. A perfect idea! It was sophisticated, immaculate, quiet and relaxing. Very clean. Perfect size for 2. Was well supplied with necessities. Parking lot was convenient. Easy check in and out. However would probably not stay again due to noise. This unit was on first floor facing street which was very close to building. Street noise was a most negative factor. Also able to hear occupants above us. Otherwise it is a great place,

Good location—close to everything. Great condo layout. Love the washer/dryer combo, record player, TV, and kitchen area. The condo was very clean: the sofa bed just needed a bit more attention. Crumbs/dirt had fallen underneath the cushion, and we had to do a brush off when we unfolded it. Not a big deal—just wanted to give a heads up for the cleaning crew.
