We booked a 3 bed room to get more space. The room was fairly basic, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was functional (great water pressure). "The good things first: the accommodation is very close to the entrance to the UNESCO site and having a balcony was really nice. The service was always very friendly. Unfortunately the faucet didn't work properly and the shower wasn't in quite good conditions either. The room had a fridge and a hot water kettle, the latter was in a very bad condition. Luckily the reception was very kind and lent us another one. Overall I think Pamukkale must be overran with tourists, maybe that's the reason for...
