"Toilet was not clean, had urine on seat and very dirty. Roaches, used q-tips on the floor, hair on the towels. No batteries in remote and room did not have cable box so could not watch tv. I went down to ask if I could change rooms, front desk said I have 10 minutes to get down from the 3rd floor or else they would not change my room. They did not change my room. Terrible experience. "

"Room was excellent. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The gym has a nice view and just enough equipment to be effective. There’s only a few areas that could use improvement. 1) the two-knob shower controls are not clearly labeled and confusing to operate. 2) needed recommendations on where to go for shopping. The young man at the front desk said he didn’t know the downtown area. He ended up googling the information, which I could have done on my own. Loved the location and overall a great experience. Would stay there again. "

"Checking in was a different process, as you had to check in at an adjoining hotel, then walk back to the Holiday to get to your room. A bit confusing in the beginning but you get used to the route."
