The detached hut is rustically furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: children’s playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Stara Gora, 440 m above sea level. The cottage is located on a 800 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
