Contact through WhatsApp was efficient and check-out was very straight forward too. I stayed alone, but this would be suitable for 2 people, anymore and you might feel a bit cramped. "Do not book this hotel as a prepaid Expedia room. We showed up to check in and the front desk told us they never received the money from Expedia. They refused to let us stay there without paying a second time. Expedia chat help was useless. We ended up paying a second time to stay in the room. Not sure where the break down was, but I will be disputing the original charge with my bank."

"The hotel is very basic. The room lacks soundproofing, which means we hear every outside sound. At breakfast, only the fruit was tasty. The service from the breakfast staff is good. They are attentive and serve you quickly. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Berat bus station."
