1 equipped kitchenette with electric oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, small appliances including coffee maker Dolce Gusto -
1 double bedroom for 2 people with duvet -
1 shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet -
WIFI. Gas heating. Parking in the street. Washing machine. Very good condition (maintenance and paintings).
To be paid upon arrival: energy consumption, tourist tax, security deposit by credit card and, if necessary, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, etc.).
Biweekly rental in August, other periods: week.
