"Nous avons évidemment apprécié le panorama exceptionnel offert par cet appartement, vers la mer, la côte de part et d'autre, mais aussi vers le coeur du Val André, sa plage, sa digue, les belles maisons balnéaires du siècle dernier. L'effet wahou est réussi, notamment la nuit. L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. La literie est excellente. L'accueil de monsieur André est parfait Tout est là pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Wir haben die zwei Wochen in dem komfortablen und gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen und uns prima erholt. Es liegt in absoluter Ruhe. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Vermieterin ausführlich auch in den Sauna- und Schwimmbadbereich eingewiesen. Wir haben zahlreiche Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung gemacht (z.B. Ploumanac´h, Île de Brehat, Dinan, Paimpol, Binic). Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werden sicherlich einmal wiederkommen. "

"L'annonce précise une propriété de 160 mètres carré sur un terrain de 1200 mètres carré. L'habitation fait plutôt un peu plus de 100 mètres carré et le terrain 500 mètre carré. Nous n'aurions pas réservé. Les gérants semblent avoir abandonnés l'idée d'entretenir le bien : nettoyage à l'arrivée fait au minimum, à regarder de près, les placards et la vaisselle ne sont pas vraiment propres. La batterie de cuisine est très usée (poêles brulées, couvercles non adaptés par ex). La plaque de cuisson...

"Wir haben die 14 Tage rundum genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar ruhig in einem herrlichen kleinen Garten. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Wir haben sehr viel in der Umgebung gesehen und unternommen, aber allein die wunderschönen Küstenwanderwege hätten uns gereicht. Und die überaus angenehmen Temperaturen! "John and I are in our 70s and stayed at The Manoir du Roselier with our daughter and son-in-law. I can honestly say that we have stayed in many wonderful hotels over our 54 years together but this one is way beyond exceptional. The rooms had many wow factors, our bathroom and the one adapted for those with disabilities were thoughtfully designed with top quality units and facilities. The lighting everywhere was superb, modern but sympathetic to the style of the original manoir, the beds comfortable. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and designed to be able to keep it that way. Breakfast was amazing with tastes of local dishes (kouigin amann and far breton) a selection of local cheeses and a wonderful array of breads and pastries as well as fruit and yogurt. As we were only there for one Sunday night, we were unable to use the restaurant for an evening meal, but the cocktails were delightful (which we enjoyed with a game of Scrabble!) Of course the location is superb too, we had sea views which added to the joy of our stay. The staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you for such a memorable visit. We certainly want to return! "
