The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this pretty farmhouse for rent in Trégunc, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside just 6 km from the sea! The house, which sleeps 4, comprises a living room with exposed beams and fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub. Thanks to the large 1-hectare garden, you'll be surrounded by greenery. Wifi access. Bed linen and towels included.
The 80 m² detached house is located entirely on the first floor, adjoining the owners' house.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Living space :
- Large, charming living room with exposed beams and fireplace. View over the garden from the bay windows. The sitting area features sofas, a coffee table and TV, all around the stone fireplace. The family dining table is perfect for convivial meals.
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, 5-burner gas stove, gas oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher... A dining table will allow you to enjoy a second dining area.

Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 x 190 cm), wardrobe, garden view
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, chest of drawers, large windows overlooking the garden
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer, storage space.
