La Longère de la Plage! Quiet, comfortable villa just 300 meters from the beach!
- Here is the first project of the "Longères de Pouldohan", the Longère de la Plage!
This top-of-the-range house offers 4 beautiful bedrooms including 3 master suites and one dedicated to children with 6 beds, an indoor swimming pool heated all year round, two terraces, one of which is facing south. The house has been completely redone with quality materials, everything is new.
Located in Trégunc, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven, the location is ideal for visiting the region. On the edge of the GR34, long and beautiful walks await you.
The family beach of Pouldohan is renowned for its fine white sand, and located only 200 mothers walk from the house. After the beach and a swim in the pool, let yourself be tempted by a game of pétanque or shuffleboard, or a bike ride (6 bicycles available, a petanque or shuffleboard court).
