The hotel was nice. My room should have been better for the price. There was paint on the floor. Refrigerator was not pleasant looking and all the drinks inside was luke warm. The bathroom sinks the water went out very slow, so the settled there for awhile. Annoying. They did come up and finally clean the paint up after the second day. They left us one washcloth on the third day and none on the 4th night. We called and told the cleaning lady and we never got them.

Hotel was great. Our only complaint is with tropic tours which is who the hotel directs you to for transfer to and from the airport. They do not tell you that it is a shared shuttled that goes to multiple resorts and makes you wait for an hour for other passengers before it even leaves the airport. We flew 2 hours to get there then spent 4 hours sitting on a bus which cut in to our already short weekend getaway. I refused to go back with the bus which similarly wanted us to meet hours before we needed to leave for the airport and they refused to refund me even my return ticket so that I could take a taxi instead.
