Our first room air was not working and she did a great job of getting us into another room. However the room was not equal to our room. We had no balcony and it was not romantic as I had booked. The restaurant staff was outstanding and the bartender as well. Overall it was a good stay. Liked the pool as well. This was our 8th year wedding...
