"The views from the house over the bay are stunning. The close access to Paimpol harbour, 15 minute walk, so convenient, no need to drive. Paimpol is a great location, harbour, good restaurants, friendly staff. A great holiday location and property if you have a dog. The beach is 5 minutes away and lifeguard present for bathing."

Yvias is a quiet village with a small bar from which bread and pizza can be ordered the day before. Supermarkets can be found at Paimpol which is approximately a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to others. Herve the owner was easy to contact and very helpful."
