It was a bit confusing at first because I didn't know there were actually two listings in this one back-house - the entrance to this specific one is hidden in the back behind a door. The host was very responsive when I had questions, so I was grateful for that. Unfortunately, due to there being two listings in one building - the other group (half a dozen or so of all ladies) was SO LOUD all night and then again in the morning. "At first I was disappointed and worried that there had been a mistake or what I would find inside the house because from the outside it looked abandoned. The yard had not been mowed for a long time and tree branches and debris obstructed the sidewalks and porch. But inside was clean and comfortable and roomy and everyone had just the right space to make it enjoyable for the whole family. I did not, however, ever find the ironing board."

"We took our young family of 5 to this wonderfully charming home in Smithfield. Located on a quiet street, we loved going for bike rides in the neighborhood. Our kids absolutely loved the playground and variety of super hero dress up options. We were a little worried about our 5 year old autistic boy being too noisy, he just loved all the toys and games available and would scream with delight each chance he got to play. "Stayed for the Little Red bike ride. The property was immaculate. Very fresh and inviting. We had a bed for everyone and all the amenities we could hope for. Hot tub was a plus for after the bike ride. Would definitely stay again!"

"The house was beautiful. From the curb appeal to the entire house and back yard was amazing. There is no TV in the house, but we didn’t like we were missing out. The house was very comfortable. The orchard and the views from the house was breathtaking. Every family member that visited us at the Orchard rave about how beautiful the house was and how peaceful it is to be there.
