This is one of two units that share a spacious 1 and 1/2 acre backyard. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1600 sq. Feet. This townhome gives you a country feel with big city access. You can sit outside around the fire pit and cook on the grill while listening to the water fountain. Great views and amenities. Look straight up the mountain to see Rock City. Plenty of parking, even if you have trailers. This rental has a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, two king size beds, one full size bed, one hide-a-bed , three flat screen televisions and internet. The kitchen, living room with hide-a-bed are located downstairs. the three bedrooms are located upstairs.

You will love this property
Our stay was amazing. We rented both units for family as we were attending a wedding. They were clean and spacious. Felt like home and the location was perfect. The owners, Frank and Janet, are so very nice and wecloming. You won't regret booking this amazing property. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing home!
Spent 4 nights here and it was amazing! The house is beautiful and has everything you would need! Frank & Janet were super nice and great hosts. The house is in a perfect location super close to stores, great food, Lookout mountain, Rock City, Point Park, Incline Railway, Ruby Falls and so much more! If we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here again.

Home was super clean and well furnished. Ideally located close to Chickamauga battlefield, Rock City, hiking trails, and still near town for wife to do shopping and nice restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay at updated home
6 adults stayed here for a local reunion. Frank was great to communicate with us before and at arrival. The home was nice, updated and very convenient to area sites. Thanks for such an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful Home near Lookout Mountain
This was the perfect place to stay in the Chattanooga area. Close enough to everything, yet felt like we were out in the country with all the space and the beautiful backyard view of Lookout Mountain. The backyard was amazing with tons of room for relaxing and for the kids to play. The house was very clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. For great restaurants, be sure to get some good BBQ at Purple Daisy’s Picnic Cafe and delicious pizza at Mr. T’s Pizza just down the road. The kids loved Clumpie’s Ice Cream, and The Mad Priest was a great local spot for good coffee, with delicious donuts at Koch’s Bakery next door. We loved our stay in the Chattanooga area, and will definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

Great location!
This property was just what our family of six needed for our vacation. Our grandsons had plenty of room to run and play in the back yard while we cooked burgers on the grill at the gazebo. We were minutes from downtown Chattanooga and it was easy to navigate the traffic to get where we needed, We would stay here again!

An Excellent Family Weekend!
This was an excellent place to stay for all of our Chattanooga adventures! We were not far from any attraction we went to, which included the Zoo, Aquarium, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. It was also very cool to look down from Rock City and see our VRBO, front and center! You can also see the flags of Rock City from the kitchen. The property was like new and had tons of room and every amenity for our family of four. Communication from Frank, the property manager was awesome! We would love to stay again sometime!

The property was just as explained on the web site. We were extremely satisfied with our stay! As 1st time users of home rentals for a vacation, we were spoiled with such considerate hosts and a wonderful place! This house rental was close to all we wanted to visit, the neighborhood was quiet, the yard was wonderful, just too bad it rained during our stay or we would have utilized it much more! The owners pay much attention to detail in supplying things we would not have thought we needed. The beds were quite comfortable and the living area was great with the open plan. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our family get away together here. Thank you to our hosts.
