Located in Trespoux, just a few minutes from Cahors, this cottage—designed to accommodate up to 5 people—combines comfort, simplicity, and a cosy atmosphere. Its charming mezzanine houses the main sleeping area, while a sleeping area in the living room ensures there’s room for everyone to enjoy a cosy stay with family or friends. Outside, a private, fully enclosed garden awaits you, where you can savour every moment in complete privacy: breakfast in the sun, reading in the shade, an aperitif after a day of exploring… Here, everyone enjoys their holiday at their own pace. The “Les Instants du Lot” estate also includes the owners’ home as well as two other holiday rentals, one for 4 people and the other for 10 people. The entire property was designed to ensure everyone’s peace and quiet, with separate living spaces and a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you’ll quickly feel at home. The cottage is named after Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, an iconic gem of the Lot region and one of the most beautiful villages in France. And it must be said that the region is full of wonders: the medieval streets of Cahors, gourmet markets, renowned vineyards, walks along the Lot River, hilltop villages, and landscapes bathed in light set the stage for your stay. Whether you’re coming to explore the region, share good times, or simply take a break from everyday life, “Saint-Cirq-Lapopie” promises you a holiday full of charm, nature, and serenity. A two-story cottage located on the “Les instants du Lot” estate, which includes two other cottages (one for 10 people and one for 4 people) and the owners’ home. Access to the estate is via a shared parking area. Covered terrace at the front of the cottage. Private, enclosed garden: a space at the back of the cottage with no direct view from neighbouring properties. Ground floor: Main entrance leading to a kitchen and a separate bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and a lounge area with a sofa bed (140x200). Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom (1 bed measuring 160x200 and 1 bed measuring 90x190), a bathroom opening onto the bedroom. All-inclusive package. Pets allowed (max. 1—not permitted in the bedrooms). Only one pet per cottage (dogs must not be classified as Category 1 or 2).
