A mezzanine offers 2 places with single mattresses.
Please note that it is not recommended for children under 8 years old. a small ladder leads to the Mezzanine .
In the living room a comfortable sofa bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is very functional and has all the essential utensils. The living room and the bedroom are air-conditioned.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The location is ideal in the heart of the historic centre.
You will be a stone's throw from the shops,
the Saturday morning market square or the blue way on the banks of the Saône.
As you walk through the narrow streets of the old town you can discover many artists' and craftsmen's studios!
Many car parks are nearby and access to the street is reserved for local residents
Trévoux, a city rich in history, is also very well located, 15 minutes from the motorway, 30 minutes from Lyon, 30 minutes from the airport.

Otherwise the accommodation is easily accessible on foot from the surrounding car parks. I do not allow parties.
Please smoke outside and do not throw your cigarette butts on the road. Please do not disturb the peace of the area and the peace of the neighbors.
When leaving, make sure to leave the studio in a correct state of cleanliness and dispose of your waste (rubbish space 20m away on the way up to the church). Thank you in advance!
