Place overall is clean compared to other 2 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Interior design is relatively new and modern. There are a few rust spots on water faucets and shower. Great location with views of the river and access to town. Particularly good if you’re taking the boat to/from Phnom Penh. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant decent. The place is a bit tired and could use an upgrade.
