We arrived after normal check-in and received an email with instructions to get a key card. Had to call to ask about parking, but it was easy and just down the street. Breakfast was good and the location was great for walking to the waterfall. There was a fan in the room, which was a bonus, though it was on a timer that we had to keep re-setting. Overall a nice place to stay.

Lovely big room with historic features and apparently recently renovated. Quiet, even with main road outside. Good breakfast with lots of choice and quirky old character dining room. Hostess seemed unhappy in her work and struggled to be welcoming. Back yard garage parking was useful, albeit with additional fee. Plenty of places to eat newrby, so long as its not ‘ruhrtag’ or rest day (Mon/& Tuesday. Can highly recommend Tresor for dinner.

Great Hotel with cafe
Cute hotel with nice/newer furnishing. Great location with easy access to restaurants. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was excellent. No ac, but fan provided and we were able to open the windows, downside to open windows is the street noise as our window was over the main road through town. The covered parking for a small fee was nice. No elevator, so be prepared to carry everything up wide stable stairs.

Es un hotel excelente, cómodo , limpio con una ubicación perfecta en pleno centro de Triberg . Decir que el que tengan pàrquing es un acierto total y más en el centro . El desayuno muy completo y variado 😋, son muy amables . Ah! nos sorprendieron con un pase que nos permitía entrar a las cascadas gratis . 🤗Muy contentos y totalmente recomendable.

An unpleasant night
Check in was a problem. No one was at the front desk and the door was locked. We came back an hour later and the door was open but still no one at the front desk. We called the number and were told she would be with us in a few minutes. Almost 10 min later she walked in and wanted to know how we had gotten through the front door. WiFi didn't work. The bed was lumpy and the bedding scratchy The free breakfast provided was good and the Triberg Tourist Card provided a fun afternoon. None of the 4 attractions were worth the entry fee they were charging so we wouldn't have done them without the the Tourist Card. We would definitely NOT stay here again.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel and breakfast in the middle of all the action. Parking is paid to hotel garage 50m away. No lift, no fridge, need to carry your luggage up 2 levels.

Hotel ist etwas älter und die Rezeption nicht so schön umso überraschender waren die Zimmer. Sehr groß, modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal sehr nett. Zu Fuß ist alles sehr gut erreichbar ( Zentral). Würden immer wieder dort übernachten

Treppenaufgang war schon älter, aber die Zimmer Top in Ordnung. Sehr geräumig, Sanitäre Anlage recht neu. Waren mit noch zwei Pärchen im Haus, auch die Zimmer sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nie, nie wieder, Never ever
Betten total durchgelegen, man spürte jede Sprungfeder ich habe dann auf dem 60 cm breiten Sofa versucht zu schlafen. Check in: Aufgrund von Regen haben wir die Radetappe von Hausach ausgelassen und standen schon um 10 Uhr im Hotel um unsere Räder und Taschen abzustellen. „Jetzt können Sie noch nicht einchecken“ wurden wir angeherrscht. Um 13:30 Uhr rief ich nochmal an, damit wir ein Zimmer weg von der Durchgangsstraße bekommen. Als wir dann um 18 Uhr wieder im Hotel waren bekamen wir das Zimmer im Stil der 80er Jahre mit den durchgelutschten Matratzen zur Straße hin. Die Bilder zeigen die besten Zimmer. Frühstück: aufgebackene Convinience Ware, teilweise verbrannt, lieblos und überfordert serviert. Lieber etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und etwas anderes buchen! Nie, nie wieder!
