"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "

"I was very happy with my choice I’ll be returning soon and will be staying there again. It’s a not brainer I was sad to go. Beautiful hotel, staff? Location etc just everything it definitely was a great ending to my 4 week trip in Asia. I guess I saved the best for last because Seoul was beautiful. "
