I had an issue with my booking, but the hotel team (especially Elisabeth) dealt with it perfectly - they were all very friendly and helpful. They ensured I had a great stay. The restaurant & well being facilities were fantastic and the hotel is perfectly situated for hikes and the bus which connects to Vaduz.

Very nice location. Very good restaurant, although when it is very busy you have to wait long for service. The restaurant is very noisy, so do not expect it to have a silence sleep before 23:00 and after 07:00 Only single sheets on the bed, so if you are a bit longer/taller it is less comfortabel

I loved this area. The hotel itself has a wonderful staff, excellent included breakfast, and fantastic amenities such a pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The hotel has beautiful views and is right next to the cable cars which take you to the top of the stunning mountain. If we know anyone else going to Malbun, we will definitely recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel the staff were fantastic friendly and welcoming with first class customer service, beautiful food, The pool sauna and whirlpool was an extra nice treat. The best hotel I have ever stayed in, in all my world travels. Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday special.
