"Room was spotless hsd a very cute window seat. We both loved the size of the t.v. edpecially for sports. Breakfast was ok the usual fare. I asked for a room change, fod middle of Nov. A family member member is disabled. We got adjoining rooms and the barrier free bathroom is amazing!! The person who helped us was very helpful and understanding. Would not hesitate to stay here at all."

"I’d been driving all day and needed a cheap place to stay in London. I have stayed in London before so i knew no matter how nice the hotel looks, It’s usually pretty sketchy inside. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I booked a room with a Jacuzzi tub Because I needed it to relax my muscles and it did the trick. Also, the bed was very comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the staff cleans the rooms. The shower tiles could probably use some new grout but otherwise it was very clean and quiet. I will stay there again (Mustang Room) when I need a low cost/comfortable place to stay. "
