"Don’t stay here. RUN the other way! While the place was mostly clean, there were other problems that made it a horrible stay. We left after one night, even though we had pre-paid our 2 night stay! There were no supplies. One bathroom was almost out of toilet paper, and there was NO more to be found anywhere! In addition the downstairs bathroom had NO light, and there were no extra lightbulbs for us to even try to fix it. That toilet did not flush properly either. With 4 adults and 1 child...

"The cottage is in a rural location, well situated for visits to the coast and places such as Snape Maltings and Woodbridge. There are lots of footpaths for dog walks around the property. The conversion had been made thoughtfully with the bedrooms leading off a corridor separating them from the open plan living area. "Everything we needed was provided. We did bump our heads a couple of times on the low door frames and had to take care upstairs, because of the different levels of steps. We purchased a weekly parking permit to park in the public parking area by the rec center. When we needed to load/unload it was challenging at times to navigate the car down the narrow street, especially with some parked cars sticking further out. Overall though a lovely cottage."

"Excellent location, accommodation very good. Minor concerns - size of television, condition of kitchen tap also although the parking arrangements are clearly stated within the house book they are not clear online. The latter just says that there is parking for 2 cars but more accurately one of the cars has to be small. We had to park the second car on the road, no problem as we were out of season but it could be a problem at busier times. Overall though we all had a very enjoyable stay."
