"**The View Was Absolutely Breathtaking!**We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the town was quiet and peaceful. But let me tell you about **THE VIEW!** It was absolutely AMAZING! Having the beach so close was one of the best parts of our stay. And the sunsets? **PRICELESS!** Pictures honestly don't do them justice!I attached a photo, but I didn't want to give away too much because the view is truly something you need to experience for yourself. It is absolutely breathtaking!We originally chose this location because it was just a quick drive to the Redwoods, which was the main reason for our visit. But this house and its incredible views ended up being a highlight of our trip!The hot tub was another great bonus, especially after a long day of exploring. Our only small suggestion would be to trim back some of the bushes around the hot tub. The view is a little obstructed, and with such a gorgeous ocean view, it would be amazing to enjoy it while soaking in the hot tub!Overall, this was such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Between the ocean views, gorgeous sunsets, beach access, and convenient location to the Redwoods, this place was a gem! **We would absolutely stay here again!**"

"This was our third stay at The Boat House and it is always a great place to really relax. Check in is simple, the house is very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. We appreciate the simple, well equipped, comfortable layout and feel right at home. We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, the short walk to town and just enjoying the 180 degree spectacular view while reading or making puzzles. We look forward to returning."

"We were a family of four staying for a long weekend (2 adults, teenage son, and adolescent daughter).The great: Spacious - five bedrooms, huge living room, even bigger game room, full kitchen, 2.5.5 baths, laundry room, and lots of outdoor space - plenty of room to spread out!Clean - for having so many rooms, this place was clean, especially the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom linens. The outside windows might need a wash, and a few nook and crannies might need dusting, but all the important stuff is clean.Everything worked - this house is well appointed, and everything worked great - all the lights, doors, TVs, remotes, games, radios, stoves, remotes, appliances, grill, hot tub, showers, sinks, plugs - it all workbed. We had everything we needed. Great location - easy to explore Humboldt county, walk to everything in Trinidad, hike to beach, and commune with mother nature in the backyard. The updates: Foosball and pool table need a little TLCFirst floor bedrooms could use full size curtainsSummary: perfect fit for us."

"It was great staying here! We didn't spend a lot of time here since it was a 21st birthday trip for a very energetic young person (three days later and I'm still recovering), but the setting was beautiful and the house was great. We had a couple of fires in the wood stove and enjoyed how quiet the surroundings were. It's very close to Trinidad Beach (beautiful!!) and to the Beachcomber Cafe and Larrupin'. Beachcomber was excellent and Laruppin' was one of the best restaurants I've ever been to and I'm old . . . so very old. Would definitely stay here again!"
