The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful."

"We booked this hotel as a midway stop while travelling between the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts of Spain. The hotel is bang in the city centre so our room was small but well planned. The underground parking is a complete nightmare the first time you drive into it - the words narrow and labyrinthine spring to mind.
