"The Penny Lane was our happy place! The room and main building were so beautiful, fresh and clean. The grounds were charming and located a short walk from a cafe and the ocean. Tara was an exceptionally kind host and made sure we had what we needed from morning lattes to extra towels. We will certainly return!"

"Garrick was a fantastic host and regularly responded within minutes for any inquiries. The house is beautiful, clean, and it has plenty of amenities. Unlike many rental houses that feel like they were made for short term stays / are tough to stay in on a long term basis, Garrick’s home is equipped with necessities that allow longer stays and can help vacationers feel like they are in a true home."

"This was mine and my daughter's first trip to the Hamptons and we had the pleasure of staying at Carole's B&B. I would highly recommend anyone going to the Hamptons who's looking for good accommodations that are very close to one of the best beaches in the Hamptons and nice restaurants and not too far from Southampton to stay here, especially for such a reasonable price that can't be beat. We had a nice clean room with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower and Carole made us a nice breakfast with eggs, fruit and toast (but I would avoid the meat option with breakfast). Carole also gave us very good recommendations of the best beach to go to near her house and the best drives and the best restaurants and towns to visit."

"The house far exceeded my expectations, we especially loved the playset in the backyard. We appreciated the endless board games, balls and bats that the kids loved playing with. We appreciated a welcoming clean house, shampoo, dish soap and laundry soap that we didn’t need to buy. The private beach roughly 5 houses down the road was very serene. It was a 3 minute drive to the grocery store King Kullen and Starbucks. We were able to easily drive to sag harbor and south Hampton. We didn’t make it to Montauk but that’s cause we were only here for a week and the drive to Montauk was 2 hours one way but we will be back. Thank you for the great memories."
