The DOUC'IRMA apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (air-conditioned), a bedroom with 2 twin beds (air-conditioned), an equipped kitchen, a sofa convertible into a double bed and a travel cot.

Propriété impeccable, communication très difficile avec la gestionnaire sur place

Appartement et piscine impeccables et accessible à pied pour quelques services très utiles. Plage et navette pour Fort-de-France à 5min à pied. Le seul point TRÈS négatif a été l’accueil. Pour recevoir la clé de l’appartement nous devions appeler la Mme, donc 30 min avant notre arrivé c’est ce que nous avons fait, mais boîte vocale…. Nous laissons un message. Nous arrivons à l’appartement, personne…. Encore boîte vocale…. Bref, nous avons attendus la Mme pendant 1h30 avec des enfants de 2 et 4 ans…. Pour se faire dire que son cellulaire était déchargé et qu’elle n’avait pas pu le recharger à cause d’une panne d’électricité chez elle….. Disons que le voyage a très mal commencé… Mais rien à reprocher en ce qui a trait à l’appartement/piscine et emplacement parfait.

Vraiment trés bien

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand, propre, il n'y a rien qui manque. Parfait pour une famille avec enfants. Il y a une piscine dans la résidence et la plage de l'anse à l'âne est à 5 mins à pied. Le bourg des trois ilets à 10 mins en voiture. Je recommande et je reviendrai si j'en ai l'occasion

Très belle location

Appartement très agréable , très propre , très bien équipé ( pensez juste à fixer le coffre 😊) , une belle terrasse dont nous avons profité durant tout notre séjour . Le logement est très bien situé , proche de la plage et des commerces, accès facile à tout le sud de l’île , possibilité de prendre le bateau pour se rendre à Fort de France ce qui est particulièrement appréciable ! Nous avons également apprécié la qualité de l’accueil de Fabien et son épouse . En résumé , une très bonne expérience à renouveler !!

Séjour fort sympathique

Séjour fort agréable. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, la résidence est sympathique et accueillante. On est près de tout : plage, commerces, ... La communication avec la propriétaire s’est très bien passée, d’autant plus rassurant pendant la crise sanitaire où tout est compliqué. Bon contact avec l’agence également. Merci beaucoup !

Je suis vraiment très satisfaite de cet appartement qui est agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Boulangerie, market sont à moins de 5 min de marche. L'anse dans laquelle se trouve l'appartement est magnifique et on y trouve restaurants / bars, plages et même un depart de navette pour Fort de France. Oh sans oublier que ce logement offre la proximité (10 min) avec l'anse noire et l'anse dufour qui sont, pour moi, les deux plus belles anses que j'ai pu voir en Martinique...

Nous avons passé 11jours magnifiques en Martinique. Nous ne vanterons pas les magnifiques paysages de l’île qui resteront bien sûr graves pour tous les 4. L’appartement est idéal. A proximité de tout vous êtes à parfaites distances des lieux clés de l’île sans oublier les commerces qui sont à 2 pas... La piscine, l’appartement, les équipement jusqu’aux jeux de sociétés nous ont tous comblés (internet haut débit...) Infiniment merci et je suis certain a très bientôt... Comfortable and functional apartment in a central location close to a beach and with pool access

Jocelyn was a good host meeting us on arrival and providing relevant information (as well as lovely food due to our late arrival). The renovated apartment in a secure gated compound with a large eat-out terrace, international TV channels, wi-fi access, lovely green communal outdoor space and large clean swimming pool catered comfortably for or family of 5. Boulangerie, fruit and vegetable shop, small supermarket, ATM and restaurants are located at short walking distance. Airport and most main beaches can be reached within 30 minute drive, and the ferry to Fort-de-France goes from Anse l'Ane 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend Irma's place for any travellers to Martinique - you will not be disappointed. The payment includes a refundable deposit in case of any damage - this review is written prior to refund, but we expect this to be processed as efficiently as all communication prior to our arrival.

Appartement très bien situé, des propriétaires accueillants et très réactifs aux demandes

Appartement idéalement situé dans une résidence calme avec piscine proche d'une boulangerie et d'un carrefour express (environ 2 min à pied) et de la plage de l'anse à l'âne (5min) d'où part la navette bien pratique pour Fort de France (7 euros A/R-20 min de trajet environ ) . Nous avons été accueillis avec planteur et accras de morue !top! Disponibles et réactifs aux nombreuses questions que j'ai pu poser avant notre séjour. Appartement simple et confortable pour 4 à 6 personnes avec terrasse agréable pour prendre les repas, machine à laver ,lave vaisselle, percolateur et machine senseo. Et une glacière qui nous a vraiment bien dépanné durant notre séjour!! Bref je recommande! un grand merci à Irma et Jocelyn pour leur disponibilité.
