The infinity pool (3.50mx 7.50) and the terrace enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the golf course,
1 independent fitted kitchen: Hob, Oven and Microwave, Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, American fridge with ice production and freezing compartment,

We had to take craps and flush it down with buckets of water the last 2 days of our stay. Asking for a refund of one day. File and case has been pen and I'm seeking counsel for a fair resolution

EXCELLENT SEJOUR DANS UNE MAISON EXCEPTIONNELLE !

Séjour parfait dans une maison moderne de 250 m2, très bien équipée. Nous avons profité d'une vue exceptionnelle dans cette maison très bien agencée et très bien meublée. Les terrasses sont très agréables, les literies sont très bien, les salles de bain très grandes, la cuisine très grande avec tout ce que qu'il faut, la piscine à débordement extraordinaire. La concierge très gentille et attentionnée. Une maison que je recommande à 100 % où nous avons passé un très très bon séjour et où nous avons envie de revenir lors de notre prochain séjour en Martinique.

Très très belle villa avec piscine, nous avons apprécié la vue, le calme , aucun vis à vis . Nous étions 9 chacun avait sa chambre, sa douche c’était parfait. Très bon accueil de Marie qui nous a bien conseillé pour les excursions et les restaurants.

Maison parfaite

Très agréable maison. Nous étions en vacances entre amis, chacun avait sa chambre et sa propre salle de bain, l’équipement de la maison etait complet, la vue splendide et la maison très bien située. magnifique villa tout confort

Les photos de présentation de cette villa sont engageantes sur le site. Elles sont conformes à la réalité. Cette maison est absolument magnifique avec de grands volumes et tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer de merveilleux moments. La vue sur la partie sud-est de la baie de Fort-de-France (3 Ilets, Rivière Salée) est envoutante. Pas de vis-à-vis effectivement puisqu'au premier plan se trouve le golf. Le ti-punch ou le planteur au coucher du soleil....c'est le paradis. Le plus, c'est l'accueil de Marie et son époux. Adorables personnes au petit soin pour les hôtes pendant le séjour. Nous avons choisi l'option repas préparé pour le soir de notre arrivée. Seul point qu'il serait bien d'améliorer peut-être, c'est l'isolation sonore des 3 chambres du niveau bas. Si nous revenons, nous reprendrons la même location. Attention de bien suivre les indications fournis sur le plan d'accueil pour trouver la villa le premier soir.

Séjour magnifique

Grâce à cette merveilleuse villa qui offre une vue splendide sur le golf et la baie de Fort de France nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Rienne manque dans cette villa de rêve et grâce a Sandrine et Fabien qui étaient à nos petits soins nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Très bon séjour dans cette villa à 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Une vue juste exceptionnelle de la terrasse. Les literies sont très confortable. L'eau de la piscine un peu froide étant donné le contracte avec la température extérieure. nous avons passé en famille une semaine superbe;la maison est très agréable et la vue magnifique(on ne s'en lasse pas);fabien nous a très bien reçu et nous a conseillé sur ce qu'il y avait a voir;le temps en plus a été idéal;si on veut rajouter 2 ameliorations possibles :c'est un peu plus de deco intérieur et surtout un parasol pour la partie transat car au soleil c'est impossible de rester;la piscine très agréable aussi

Vue magnifique a couper le souffle, belle villa moderne et comme décrite, propre. 5 grandes chambres dont 4 avec salle de bain ensuite. Pas de moustiques vu l'emplacement de la villa en hauteur - Les alizés ventilent la propriété. Excellente communication et organisation de la part du proprietaire et de la conciergerie. Nice villa but...

The villa is very nice and exactly match what you see in the pictures. Rooms are comfy and view is outstanding. the Furniture is low end but functional. Key issue is the large number of cockroach found on the ground floor (in showers, beds, restroom) despite heavy use of insecticide. All in; if you don't mind the collocation, it is sound choice.
