A wonderful place for a first week in Marinica.

During a free weeks travel in Martinica, we spent a week in Anse Mitan. The flat is located in an ideal part of the village, quiet and secured with a reserved parking place, you can walk for the beach, for shopping or for restaurant. It's a quite place. We had a rental car, in order to visit all the surrounding natural or cultural spots (swimming with tutles in a bay, visiting the slaves savannah, ot village of potery, and others)There are a lot of tourists during the period we were. It's a very nice place for a first time in Martinica, on the Carribean side of the island. The sea-shuttle for the city of Fort de France is a facility after almost one year of strike.

Idéalement situé

Bien situĂ© trĂšs calme le contact avec la propriĂ©taire Ă©tait agrĂ©able. La sociĂ©tĂ© qui gĂšre l’arrivĂ©e fait tout par message. Par contre l’appartement aurait besoin d’un peu plus d’équipements. Ce qui est dĂ©cevant c’est la propretĂ© au premier abord on pense que c’est propre mais non il a fallu que je fasse tout de suite de produits de nettoyage car la salle de bain trĂšs sale et en plus Ă©vacuation bouchĂ©e beaucoup de moisi.alĂšse du lit trĂšs sale . C’est dommage et rangement pas optimisĂ© manque penderie et une lampe Ă  la tĂȘte de lit serait le bienvenue. MalgrĂ© tout ça je me suis trouvĂ© Ă  mon aise.

Appartement sale, résidence bien située

Appartement sale à notre arrivée, principalement la salle de bain, le placard et le sol on se demande depuis quand la poussiÚre n'avait pas été faite, l'aspirateur passé et le sol nettoyé. La cabine douche est trÚs trÚs sale et les portes ne ferment pas complÚtement. Nous sommes habitués à voyager et c'est la premiÚre fois que nous trouvons un studio avec si peu d'équipement. C'est vraiment dommage car la résidence est bien située.

certaines améliorations

Studio trĂšs bien placĂ© et bien propre, mais aprĂšs plus de 10 locations avec AirBNB et Abritel en Europe et aux Antilles, c’est l’appartement le moins bien Ă©quipĂ© pour la cuisine et l’entretien. Ce qui pourrait se rĂ©gler facilement. Par exemple ajouter une bassine de plastique pour faire la vaisselle (question d’économiser l’eau courante), un couvercle pour la casserole ou la poĂȘle (pour Ă©viter les Ă©claboussures de graisse sur la plaque de cuisson et le comptoir), un ouvre-boite (et pas tout rouillĂ© comme celui qu’on nous a apportĂ© suite Ă  notre demande), un torchon en plus pour la vaisselle et une serpilliĂšre (deux articles nĂ©cessaires qui nous ont Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©s seulement aprĂšs notre demande) , dans la salle de bain il n’y avait pas un restant de savonnette ou de savon Ă  main, et surtout un Ă©coulement d’eau dans la douche trĂšs faible, nous avons demandĂ© une ventouse pour au moins amĂ©liorer l’écoulement (nous l’attendons toujours), donc une douche limitĂ©e Ă  2-3 mn sinon l’eau dĂ©borde sur le plancher!!! Et pour la chambre, ce serait bien une modeste lampe de chevet ce qui Ă©viterait d’éteindre la lumiĂšre dans le couloir et revenir se coucher dans la noirceur. Ce ne sont pas des critiques mais des commentaires et des conseils pour rendre l’appartement plus pratique et qui n’entraineraient pas un investissement trop important
 juste quelques euros et le studio serait parfait.
