    The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residence, La loggia, its main asset faces the Caribbean Sea. Breakfasts facing the sea, just before a morning of swimming 150 m away at the beach of Anse Mitan will be part of the unforgettable moments of your stay.

    The accommodation is quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac, rue de la Cannelle.
    It is very well ventilated, at 50 m above sea level, we take advantage of the freshness of the trade winds, very sunny (facing due west).

    You will be 150 m from the beach and 200 m from the maritime shuttle to Fort-de-France.
    There are many shops nearby, including 2 car hire companies, restaurants, a bakery; all this within 200 metres.

    You will have a landline telephone with unlimited calls to landlines in the Overseas and Metropolitan areas, satellite TV (more than 70 channels).
