I was greeted with a big heart on my bed filled with red flower petals, Host Annie was great about answering all of my questions. Humberto was wonderful and took great care of me, even repairing a boogie board for me to use. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean with the breeze coming through the screen door was such a treat. "Excelent Hotel Staff great service and quick. Picked up the phone called receptionist for questions or onsite service the staff was quick and amiable. Would recommend anybody to visit this hotel with a quick access to the beach via elevator. The food and drinks on the beach coverage area are also awesome. WiFi was awesome fast and they use |Fiber so my trading 💹 went well and managed to make some profits due to the internet speed"

"We had a horrible experience at this location. One of the members of out party had a slip and fall accident. The pain from the accident at the time of the incident was so severe she fainted. Fortunately shortly after she regained consciousness and was feeling well enough to walk around a bit and get some fresh air. Unfortunately blunt force impacts at times linger and bruising can at times take time to develop. We had a short weekend stay and while there was some pain close to check out the pain intensified as the bruising came in and the bruising grew larger. I reached out to the hotel shortly after our flight and settling in back home. They took a while to reply then they attempted to call me and had horrible connection that kept dropping the call. Then they just sent a message stating they were having phone trouble and would reach out. They never did. Then i reached out again only to receive a long winded to bad so sad email response claiming 0 responsibility! They sated that because she didn't need elevated medical attention at that time and because we didn't bring it up before check out that released them from any liability or need to indemnify the affected party in any way. Mind you they knew she fell they knew she fainted but it was up to us the guest to check in with them for follow up as to how she was feeling I'm sorry but at a place worth staying it would have been the other way around. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!"

What makes this property unique is the staff, from service in recreational areas, cleaning, entertainment and restaurant service, everyone is eager to help guests. The place is clean y well kept, although facilites are older. Beach access is great, and there is also accessibility to walk to Playa Linda and visit Ixtapa Island. Amazing place and looking forward to my next stay!"
